Savoury 4-grain pancakes

Fancy a quick and tasty meal that’s packed with fibre? These delicious savoury 4-grain pancakes, made from wheat, buckwheat, rice and millet flour, certainly hit the spot!


1 pack of Ekoland 4 grain pancake mix
700 ml of milk or soy milk
3 eggs
200 grams of aged Dutch cheese
1 onion
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
Olive oil

Dutch recipe for savoury pancakes


First grate the cheese and finely dice the onion. Next, prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions on the packaging and stir in the grated cheese, diced onion and Italian seasoning. Now heat up a little olive oil in a frying pan and spoon in one large tablespoon of batter. Fry the pancake on a medium heat on both sides, until golden brown. Keep the pancakes warm by placing on a hot plate until all are ready, and then serve with a fresh, green salad.
