Dutch summer salad with green beans

Nothing says summer quite like a refreshing salad! This mouth-watering Dutch summer salad with green beans can be enjoyed as a main course with freshly baked baguette.

Ingredients

250 grams of fresh green beans
4 eggs
1 bag of mixed salad (150 grams)
1 can of Bonduelle crispy sweet corn
1 bag of Calvé salad mix Italian herbs
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes before leaving to cool in cold water. Meanwhile rinse the beans, remove the stems, break in half and boil or steam them for approx. 5 minutes or until al dente (alternatively drain a jar of green beans). Now pop the lettuce into a bowl, drain the corn and mix this, together with the beans, into the lettuce. Next peel the eggs, crumble them over the salad and thoroughly stir. Finally, prepare the Italian herb dressing according to the instructions on the packaging and drizzle generously over the salad. Season with salt and pepper and your delicious Dutch summer salad is good to go!
