Still not managed to shift those extra kilos gained during the festive season? Then why not try this incredibly simple recipe for oven baked salmon? It’s not only mouth-wateringly delicious; it’s also pleasingly low in fat!
4 salmon fillets or salmon steaks
1 pack of Maggi steam roast lemon and dill fish oven dish mix
1 bottle of Calvé salad dressing yoghurt
First preheat your oven to 220 degrees and prepare the salmon according to the instructions on the ‘Maggi steam roast oven dish mix’ packaging. Meanwhile, boil some baby new potatoes, prepare a fresh green salad, and then drizzle generously with the yummy, yet surprisingly low fat Calvé yoghurt salad dressing. Finally, garnish the salmon with a slice of lemon and serve with your freshly prepared salad and potatoes.
