Hollandse ijstaart (Dutch frozen pie)

Spoil your Christmas dinner guests this year by serving the ultimate seasonal dessert – delicious Dutch frozen pie made from typical Dutch biscuits and topped generously with chocolate sprinkles! Serves 4 hungry people.

1 pack of bokkenpootjes (literally ‘goat’s feet’ biscuits)
½ litre of fresh cream
Chocolate sprinkles

Dutch frozen pie recipe

First thoroughly whisk the fresh cream. Next roughly crumble the biscuits and then stir into the cream. Now pour the mixture into a small springform tin and top liberally with chocolate sprinkles. Place the pie into your freezer and leave to set for a few hours. Finally, remove the pie from the tin and cut into four slices before serving.
