Hollandse bessensmoothie (Dutch berry smoothie)
1 handful of blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
1 cup of almond milk
First rinse the apple, blueberries and strawberries and then remove the apple core and strawberry stalks. Now pop the fruit into a blender and pour in the almond milk. Blitz until nice and smooth, pour into a long, tall glass, and possibly top with bee pollen before serving immediately.
Hollandse groentesmoothie (Dutch vegetable smoothie)
First rinse the kale, cucumber, spinach and celery. Next peel the orange and place all of the ingredients, including the coconut water, into your blender. Blitz until nice and smooth, pour into a long, tall glass and drink immediately.
Super ontbijtsmoothie (Super breakfast smoothie)
First pop the chia seeds into a bowl and top with a cup of lukewarm water. Leave the chia seeds to soak for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile rinse the blueberries and peel the banana, and place these into a blender, together with the almond milk. Process until nice and smooth, and then pour the mixture into a large glass. Finally, stir in both the pre-soaked chia seeds and raw cacao powder, and your superfood breakfast smoothie is good to go!
