Maaltijdsalade met gegrilde geitenkaas (grilled goat’s cheese salad)

Fancy a light, yet filling meal? Then try our delicious grilled goat’s cheese salad that’s ready in a jiffy and crammed with exciting flavours! This yummy recipe serves 2 hungry people.


1 large bag of mixed salad leaves
1 cucumber
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
1 pack of fresh goat cheese
1 sachet of Calvé honey mustard dressing
4 tbsp. of pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste

First prepare the Calvé honey mustard dressing according to the instructions on the packaging. Next slice the goat’s cheese about 1 cm thick, lightly coat with the salad dressing and place under the grill for about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, divide the lettuce between two plates and top with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes and chunks of avocado. Now lightly toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan. Lastly drizzle the remaining salad dressing over the salad, season with salt and pepper, top with goat’s cheese, and sprinkle generously with pine nuts. Delicious served with freshly baked baguette.
