This filling Dutch meal made from delicious pork and served with a mouth-watering mustard sauce is the perfect ending to a long hard day!
600g of pork tenderloin
4 tbsp. of Groninger mustard (or another spicy mustard)
50g of butter or margarine
1 tbsp. of white wine vinegar
First preheat your oven to 180 C. Next cut the pork into 4 separate portions and brush both sides of each piece with mustard. Now heat the butter or margarine in a frying pan and gently fry the pork until golden brown. Add both a tablespoon of water and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and cook the pork for a further few minutes in the sauce that now forms. Lastly place the pork tenderloins into a baking dish, cover with your sauce and pop into the oven for 15 minutes. Delicious served with baked potatoes and cauliflower in white sauce.
