Hollandse zeevruchtensalade (Dutch seafood salad)

Fancy an inspiring starter or perhaps an extra special lunch? Then try this typical Dutch salad that’s brimming with delicious seafood.

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked mixed seafood (e.g. prawns, mussels, squid, etc.)
¼ cup of cherry tomatoes
5 tablespoons of Calvé whiskey cocktail sauce
1 bag of rocket
A sprig of parsley

Dutch seafood salad recipe

Preparation:

Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and place into a mixing bowl. Add the mixed seafood, parsley and cocktail sauce, and stir thoroughly. Now lay a bed of rocket in 4 cocktail dishes and divide the seafood mix among them. Garnish each with a sprig of fresh parsley before serving. This delicious seafood salad also makes a tempting filling for freshly baked rolls.
