Many of us succumb to festive temptation and consume a little too much of what we fancy during Christmas and New Year. Fortunately, for those struggling to shed a few excess pounds, help is at hand. And it comes in the form of an impressive range of typical Dutch products, all in low fat or reduced calorie versions!

Slankie (low fat Dutch cheese spread)
