Love the quintessentially Dutch colour orange?! Then you’ll simply adore this irresistibly creamy cheesecake with orange!
Line the bottom of a spring form cake tin with greaseproof paper. Crumble the slices of cake, place into the bottom of the cake tin and pour over a splash of orange liqueur. Next put the cottage cheese and 0.4 litres of lukewarm water into a mixing bowl and beat thoroughly into a creamy mixture. Pour in the cream and whip until the mixture is nice and airy. Now pour this cream cheese mixture into the cake tin and pop into your fridge for at least three hours. Lastly, peel the orange and use to garnish your orange cheesecake. Serve with a light dusting of powdered sugar.
