Toast met roerei en gerookte zalm (toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon)

Fancy treating your partner to an extra-special breakfast in bed? Then try this tempting toast with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon!

Ingredients:

150g of salmon
4 slices of bread
2 tomatoes
A handful of salad leaves
1 onion
1 knob of butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp. of Calvé mustard
Chives
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Wash the lettuce and tomatoes and then cut the tomatoes into slices. Peel the onion and finely dice, cut the salmon into thin strips and chop the chives into small pieces. Crack open the eggs over a bowl, add in a little salt and pepper to taste and beat lightly. Heat a knob of butter in a pan and gently fry the scrambled eggs, taking care to regularly stir. Add the salmon pieces and allow to cook for a few minutes more, whilst constantly stirring. Next, toast the bread and spread with a thin layer of mustard. Add some lettuce, a few slices of tomato and a little chopped onion. Now spoon over your scrambled eggs with salmon, sprinkle liberally with chopped chives and your surprise breakfast in bed is ready!
