Eenvoudige Hollandse campingpasta (simple Dutch camping pasta)

None of the ingredients in this mouthwatering pasta recipe require refrigeration, making it perfect for around the camp fire!

Ingredients:

1 pack of Honig fibre rich spaghetti
1 jar of Bio plus pasta sauce sugu arrabbiata
1 courgette
1 red pepper
1 tub of Geska Swiss grated cheese
1 tbsp. of olive oil

Preparation:

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packaging. Wash and slice the courgette and cut the peppers into small pieces. Fry the vegetables in a little olive oil until tender and then stir in the pasta sauce. Now drain the spaghetti and toss onto plates. Top generously with the pasta sauce and a liberal sprinkling of Swiss cheese, before enjoying around your cosy campfire.
