This typical Dutch salad is quick and easy to prepare and simply perfect for balmy summer evenings.
1 tin of John West wild red salmon
1 whole pepper
½ jar of green olives with pimento
2 tbsp. of Calvé dressing olive oil-oregano
Salt and pepper
First wash the lettuce and place in a large salad bowl. Wash and cut the peppers and tomatoes and then add to the lettuce, along with half a jar of olives and the Calvé dressing, and mix gently together. Open the tin of salmon, cut the fish into small pieces and arrange nicely on top of your salad. Serve with fresh bread and a glass of crisp, white wine. Ideal for picnics!
