A lovely fresh soup, perfect for Spring!
2 cubes of fish bouillon (enough for 1 litre)
1 bag of fresh fine soup vegetables
150 g of peas
1 bag of Calvé croutons
200 g of smoked cod
One sprig of freshly chopped parsley
Place the fish stock cubes and 1 litre of water into a soup pan and bring to the boil. Next add the soup vegetables and peas. Allow the soup to boil for a further 5 minutes. Meanwhile cut the smoked cod into small pieces and then add to the soup. Simmer for a further 5 minutes. Serve in soup bowls and garnish with croutons and fresh parsley.
