A delicious and traditional Dutch dessert – go on, spoil yourself!
500 ml of yoghurt
1 cup of strawberries
Take a clean tea towel and soak in cold water. Wring the towel thoroughly and drape into a colander. Hang the colander over a pan and pour the yogurt into the colander. Pop both the pan and colander into the fridge and allow the yogurt to drip slowly into the pan over the course of eight hours. Finally, spoon the strained yoghurt into bowls and top with some fresh strawberries.
