Haagse Bluf

A light and breezy, Dutch dessert, just perfect for summer!


2 eggs
2 cups of berry juice
100 g of sugar
1 pack of biscuits


First separate the egg whites from the yolks and then place the whites into a mixing bowl. Add the berry juice and sugar and whisk until the mixture stiffens. Divide the mixture equally into four bowls and stick two biscuits in each before serving.
