Another lovely way to enjoy delicious Dutch cheese!
We recommend using an extra mature Gouda cheese in this recipe.
1 Savoy cabbage
2 dl of milk
200 gr of grated Dutch cheese
A pinch of salt and pepper
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut into very fine strips. Add the sliced cabbage to a pan containing 1 cup water and a pinch of salt and cook for 10 minutes, but do not drain. Next, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch and a tablespoon of milk together in a bowl, add this to the cabbage and allow to simmer for a further 3 minutes. Finally, stir in the grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
