Chocoladevla (Chocolate Pudding)

Sheer chocolate indulgence!

¾ litre of milk
35 g of cocoa
40 g of cornstarch
60 g of sugar

Mix the cocoa, cornstarch, sugar and 1 cup of milk in a bowl. Bring the remaining milk to the boil and gradually pour in the cocoa mixture, stirring constantly. Cook the pudding for 3 minutes over a low heat and allow to cool. Next, place the pudding in the refrigerator for one to two hours. If you take care to stir the custard occasionally while cooling, it will prevent a skin from forming.
